Or maybe you just like to practice without others around other than the teacher? Whatever the reason, I offer virtual private yoga classes as well as in-person private yoga classes if you live in Victoria, BC.
Spots are limited for both! A twice a week class schedule is required and for both virtual and in-person classes, a 16 week commitment is required to see results and really build the habit of mindful movement.
