I teach slower paced, total-body focused virtual yoga class for people who want to be comfortable and do yoga at home. Four classes a week are a slow vinyasa and one class a week is yin yoga. Currently, I am teaching five classes a week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are 50 minutes long, Thursday morning's class is an express 30 minute class, and Monday evening's yin yoga is 60 minutes long. The price for a drop-in class is $17 and class packages are available at a discounted rate.
